The lady is very arrogant. She don't talk to you personally only trough her coworkers. Also I am not happy with prices. They keep charging everyone different. Few weeks for nearly the same design I paid £30 . Yesterday she wanted to charge me £50!!! It's a joke. I refused paying. So I asked for one colour only one colour and they charge me £35. My daughter said she will never go there again as they did her nail and after 2 days they came off. She cldnt go back cos she went for a holiday.
