Truly awful, I left after the shampoo with my hair still wet as felt so uncomfortable. They didnt seem to want me there, the place was empty, the shampoo used was awful, the stylist made my hair into a massive knot and kept saying how dry and thin it was - really rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. A smoke alarm kept going off and they didnt seem to want to fix that so the whole environment was unwelcoming and stressful. Will never return.
