Mizgin the front desk member was super helpful during my appointments. She really helped me get the best available appointments time that fitted well with me. Her kindness to explain how my treatment will work was also something that really felt important for me.
Another excellent experience at this practice. I was given a next day appointment with Sharujen and Jo after developing a swollen and painful gum. Both looked after me brilliantly. (As did the lovely reception staff) In my view, all staff here are professional, efficient and most importantly kind, caring and gentle. Simply the best dental practice I have attended.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Mariyam Ismail for the exceptional care she provided during my dental treatment. As I am pregnant, I was understandably concerned about the procedures, but Dr. Mariyam made me feel completely at ease. She took the utmost care while performing scaling, taking X-rays, and filling my tooth. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and gentle approach made the entire experience stress-free and comfortable. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and expertise, and I’m so grateful to have such a caring dentist. Highly recommend!
The clarification regarding the emergency appointment and the temporary filling, as well as the gesture of goodwill in replacing it is unfortunately incorrect. The manager offered a refund or appointment. I chose the refund but later on they decided not to give my refund so you did not commit to the options given. So this is false information. I contacted the manager and your dental clinic however there was no bother or trying to give me an appointment but just saying we will let you know and was saying “we will call you back”.
My concerns remain regarding the overall communication and the difficulty I experienced in trying to resolve the issue, especially when attempting to reach management. And there is no resolvement. It’s quiet disappointment that there was no communication to support me moving forward but responding back to review here. The lack of professionalism is concerning. I would like my refund or be booked for check up using the money I paid your dental clinic. I am concerned that my funds have been retained without delivering the agreed service, which is unacceptable. I called two days ago and the receptionist said they will call me once again it’s going to be another week added to 3 months. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional service ever in my life as well as not receiving the service I paid for. The filling did not even last an hour when the doctor agreed it will for a few months. I am waiting to hear back from you.I will like my refund
Worst experience ever.
I had a filling done and it didn’t even last me a day even though they said a few months. I paid 75 pounds they didn’t even examine my teeth or offer to clean for that price. Refusing to give me refund. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the manager for three months, and the issue is still not resolved. No one has taken responsibility or followed up. They kept giving me “emergency appointments” I never asked for, then charged me extra for them. At one point they agreed to fix the problem, only to then send a letter completely contradicting themselves.
This has genuinely been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dental practice.
I would not recommend them at all!!!!!
