Brows are nothing short of awful. Was sat in the salon for just shy of an hour. Majority of which with dark brown tint left on as the stylist “forgot” I was there (im blonde) and was doing someone else’s nails despite having an appointment. Then proceeded to wax my brows before I could even manage to tell her that wasn’t the service I had booked!! Had I not unfortunately prepaid I certainly would have made an issue of having to given I look absolutely ridiculous for an event I’m attending
