Had a shellac manicure and pedicure. When I put my feet in the foot soak the water was cold. My toe nails were cut way too short with the filing being very uneven instead of being consistent. When she moved onto my hands, she again filed them too short even though I asked many many times to leave them longer. Like my toenails they are super uneven. What is worse is she cut my finger when she was trimming my cuticles and it bled for ages. And my nails started chipping two days after the apt. ☹️
