Booked on the day online and salon weren’t aware of my booking when I got there and were double booked. Luckily I was helped straight away but someone else said they’d come back the next day.
Had a gel manicure which chipped the following day. Went back to have it repaired for free, which was great, however the following day two more nails have chipped. Normally my nails would last 2-3 weeks, not 2-3 days. The lady who did my nails was lovely but I think had too much to do on her own.
