I've seen cleaner places but the staff was incredibly nice. The colour didn't come as expect and the hairdresser tried fixing it without fussing. She was super nice. On top of that, the owner/manager came to check on me a couple of times as well.

My booking was for 9.30 but no one arrived till after 10. The therapist came in from the street and started the treatment without washing her hands, it took over an hour and I had wax all over me, my eyebrow shape was changed without permission
