Great experience ! I booked yesterday last minute and was able to find a appointment, and at a very reasonable price. I wanted a total change of look and Marcie was very open and kept checking with me to make sure we matched my inspiration picture but also what best suited my hair type. I have been putting off this appointment as I was so anxious about it, but Marcie was so lovely and made me feel comfortable from the get go. I’m super happy with my new hairstyle and will definitely book again!

The hairdresser was excellent and I was very happy with the haircut. The communication of staff at the outset was poor. The hairdresser was unfortunately running half an hour late but they didn't communicate this clearly or apologise. A gesture like offering a cup of tea would have been nice but she largely sat their own her phone ignoring me which didn't give a great impression or experience.

The staff was professional and friendly and the place was clean. Had to wait for a bit as the staff was working with the previous client but that wasn’t a big issue for me. The eyebrow threading took around 10 minutes and was very nicely done. Would definitely come here again

I think this is the best spot around Willesden Green to get you nails done. Value for money is amazing. Will come back for sure!
