I had a lash lift which was done in the center of the salon, no one greeted me when I walked in, and staff were on their phones constantly I also got a eyebrow wax and it took off my eyebrow's skin, I've never had this before and I'm honestly extremely shocked My eyebrow feels like its constantly bleeding and in severe pain

Came back for eyebrows threading for the fourth time but this time it was very disappointing. They overplucked and left a hole in my right eyebrow which was unacceptable. The mirrors and tools also looked dirty and greasy.
