After needing to wait 20 minutes for my appointment, a really lovely lady did my wax. I did tell them I was in a rush and couldn’t wait but they reassured me I will be done in under 10 minutes which definitely did not happen and I don’t mind but I still have half of my hair after the Hollywood waxing which is really disappointing. The room was also very dirty and the sheets smell. Won’t be going back

It’s ok. They don’t speak English though so it’s hard to communicate. I asked for “thinner” eyebrows and the lady had to ask another coworker what that meant which just resulted in the wrong definition
