I made a booking for today, and the shop was closed, I have tried ringing, emailing, and have heard nothing, They have taken my money off my gift card already, I want this money back. I now see that someone yesterday had the exact same experience as me today, she waited 30mins in the freezing cold just like me today.

Was lovely and relaxing until manageress came into salon and starting banging about. I showed the therapist my 5pm voucher before hot stone massage. As I went to leave - manageress refused to accept my voucher as I had booked online rather than with direct. Insisted that Treatwell would charge for this and I needed to pay £40 in cash or by direct transfer into her bank account. Was very unprofessional and I felt intimidated and humiliated by her attitude. Won’t be back
