If I could leave zero stars I would. She scraped my nails so hard then told me multiple times they were damaged. She worked at my cuticles with the completely inappropriate tool and hurt me a couple times. Didn’t know what nail strengthener was and I had to point out which treatment I wanted, which she then applied with the dexterity of a toddler. Avoid at all costs it is awful. Oh and charged me full price despite no polish application, only 1 coat of nail treatment. Really horrendous
