Amazing facial but space needs work.
I had a hydrating facial for my birthday and the treatment was fantastic: lots of products, great service, and a lovely complimentary upgrade. I left glowing. However, the salon is under renovation, quite small and messy, and noise from upstairs makes it hard to fully relax. Still, for the price, the facial quality was excellent and once the space is improved it could be a great spot.

Didn’t know how to do a removal at all. They ripped my actual eyelashes out, kept tugging on my real lashes and now I’ve been left with gaps on my lash line. Not only this but the process should only be 30 minutes max and it took over an hour
