Chia is thorough, efficient and effective. She will sometimes take your breath away when she works on a weakness in your body but will tell you to take a deep breath and helps you to relax. After a treatment I feel that I stand an inch taller with a better all round posture. The lovely aroma also helps you relax.

I was so pleased to find a someone who could see what was happening with my back and spend the time working each area and stretching it out, as well as giving advice on what to do to help improve it.
