My first treatment with Chia and won’t be my last. As a distance runner, I have a lot experience of sports massages. Some are not strong enough, others go so hard that they end up bruising you. Chia was absolutely spot on - the balance was perfect for me. She had great technique and expertly manoeuvred me to the optimum position. Very professional and proficient. I highly recommend.
