It’s horrible experience, my therapist is using her nails to massage me, I have scratches my back and feels sore. When I asked her that I can feel her nails scratching me she asks which area in my back I said both left and right side of my back I only told her that she’s hurting me with her nails when I feel really something is off but I didn’t tell earlier coz I trust her and I thought that was just a mistake but still kept going and I politely told her I can feel your nails and it’s hurting me. Then she stop using her nails when she did the massage but that’s horrible. She seems not happy what her doing. It meant to be relaxing but no it was a really bad experience. I paid £90 for deep tissue and when I politely ask for deep during the massage coz it was not deep enough, that’s when she used her nails. Not real professional or not a proper massage to go to. Horrible.
