Perfect in every way. There is something about the atmosphere here that just melts the stresses and strains of the day away. The staff are friendly, kind and extremely helpful - I particularly rated my therapist - Rie. The products they use smell great and the hand and foot massage are heavenly. The LED treatment itself is just a question of letting the lights do their stuff, but lovely all the same.

I loved every minute of it. I was so relaxed it was ridiculous. The treatment includes a hand and foot massage that I wasn't expecting and were just to die for. My therapist really knew her stuff and sent me away with some samples to try and some techniques to help clear my lymph system - apparently my face is quite congested.
I had the LED light therapy for rosacea and you need more than one treatment really for a noticeable result - but I enjoyed it so much I would happily go back.
I can't recommend it highly enough.

The therapist's technique was very good and she took time to work out where underlying problematic spots were - you don;t get this in many places as they just go for the aesthetics. Definitely would go again.

it was a phenomenal visit.
The ambiance is very de-stressing and relaxing. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. The treatment is extremely soothing and the lighting is spot-on, the music is lovely and the rooms are very warm. The therapists know exactly what you need and where after a quick consultation. The whole session is very professional and the therapists are knowledgeable and if you desire to know what is wrong in certain areas they will tell you using medical language.

This is a great local spa very well located in the Marylebone area and seems very popular with the local community. I had been meaning to go here for a while as it is known for its Japanese inspired treatments. The staff is excellent and you feel very welcomed from the moment you arrive.
I booked a great deep tissue massage through Treatwell with Rea who used a lot of pressure point techniques which were really beneficial. You could tell that she was a passionate and experienced therapist who knew her stuff. Chi Yu is well worth checking out.
