manicure was great as always!! I always go to Chi's nail studio and am always super impressed - the manicure lasts for ages and they take their time to ensure everything is perfect

I had to wait half an hour for my appointment which I don't expect when I've pre-booked. They had ran out of the nail colour I chose (so they shouldn't have given the option) but nails were well done.
