I am very disappointed with my trip to Chi's Nails. I had booked gel infillโs for ยฃ20 on Wahanda but they said they couldn't do them for ยฃ20 and charged me an extra ยฃ15 on top and that wasn't even for a manicure! I literally just got nails done for ยฃ35! My regular place charges ยฃ18 for a gel manicure. Chi was really nice and friendly and she did a good job of my nails even without all the cuticle work. There was a woman working there who as soon as I came in started huffing and puffing for no reason. She sat next to me and stared at me the whole time I was having my nails done! It was really uncomfortable, and made the whole experience awful. I am not surprised that I was the only person there the whole time! Will not be going back unless she leaves!
You don't go here for the ambience but it's clean and loredana is fast and does a great manicure. She is very gentle and doesn't over buff your nails like at some salons.

Cute little nail salon above a hair salon in the heart of Covent Garden. Staff were okay, not overly friendly. No real waiting area. Colour choice was limited but overall was an okay manicure. Would not rush back.

Though the staff weren't very chatty, they were efficient and did a decent job. I'm not entirely sure I got the treatment I booked for but I left pretty happy. The shellac was a bit tacky when I left and it's already started to have minor chips four days on but overall I was pretty happy with it. I think if I had paid the normal ยฃ35 instead of using credit, I would have been disappointed.
