even though the shellac was ok , I will not be recommending or going back as they started doing my nails on the waiting bench , it was smelling chemicals all over the place ( staff is wearing masks) and there were half an hour late on the schedule

Was made to wait for over 30 mins for my appointment (without warning upon arrival). Another customer had an almighty strop about being kept waiting for so long, which made the atmosphere a little tense! The service was speedy once they got to me. The treatments did feel a bit rushed but I didn't really mind as by that point I didn't want to hang around. I would have liked them to have spent a bit more time on the manicure - applied hand cream, etc. Also a bit of a pain that they only take cash.
