DISGUSTING.
Where to begin!
Booked for 18:20, called in to ask for an earlier time. After berely speaking English woman told me "okay" I turned up at 17:30. Had to wait in a stuffy, acrylic nails smelling room for 30! minutes before being seated at a GROSS table with a red tower full of previous client's nail clippings and dust.
The girl spoke no English, having requested French manicure, she took about 5 minutes discussing something with her colleague and then I just said - FINE, I will just have one solid colour, don't worry about it.
She couldn't understand what shape I wanted and didn't file the nails to same length on both hands, I had to point out all the mistakes to her and she rudely spoke in Vietnamese and rolled her eyes.
She then didn't realise I booked a manicure, so after pointing that out to her she changed to do one, instead of proceeding to shellac. The manicure was horrible! She was plucking my cuticles, not gently removing them.
Had to point out flaking corners of her shellac application and the act that she didn't properly remove my previous nail varnish. She argued, yet then admitted I was right.
THE STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT! The whole process took about 25 minutes, where as in normal places only the manicure takes that time, not the shellac application as well.
Nails look AWFUL day after, have already booked another place to go get them redone.
Disgusting atmosphere, rude staff, no hygiene, no idea of appointments timings nor what the client booked.
NEVER come here! Its so gross and unprofessional! I left in TEARS.
