The staff isn't very communicative, plus the men working there I don't think they are experienced enough. They had a hard time matching two nail colours which is a shame because they are supposed to be professionals. Also, no one advised me that gel pedicure only costs ยฃ2 more than normal and the gel nails that were made by a woman were much better than my normal pedicure made by a man. They can improve a lot their customer service.

The staff was really nice and polite but I didn't felt welcome at all i'm afraid by the manager/receptionist upstairs, this was my first time here, and it was more "too get the nails quick done" without relaxing. The place was unfortunately really dirty, all equipment was really used and dirty, a lot of dust and broken furnitures. It wasn't that nice actually. The express manicure was ok though.
