I am in love!! It is always slightly nerve wracking going to a new eyelash place and I really placed all my trust in Lisa but I do not regret it one bit. I showed her some inspiration pictures and she gave me exactly what I wanted. So much thought and care went into it and she even showed off my lashes to one of the other girls and on the instagram so I left feeling happy and confident. Will definitely be returning.

Overall was ok.
I started my nails with a guy, he was brilliant. I asked for simple, short nails with a nude colour; he prepped my nails amazingly and gave me suggestions on manicure and best colour. At some point (i guess my request was the easiest compared to other clients there) he informed me that a colleague was going to finish off while he jumped on doing some more complicated design. Didnโt appreciate, and the girl who finished wasnโt as good so my corners are all chipped already.

I felt it was all too rushed with the massage barely lasting a couple of minutes. Also it didn't help that the staff didn't check to see if I was comfortable or go out of their way in anyway. Altogether the manicure looks fine but was certainly not the relaxing/pampering experience I was looking for.

Incredibly expensive and not worth the price at all. Very surprised you arenโt asked to wash your hands or feet before the treatment. Better off staying in South London for a cheaper and better experience.
