Lovely salon and colours, although my shellac nails chipped after a week, so I went back and they redid the two nails that had chipped with no problem.

Great finish on OPI gel manicure, very neat and good value. Just four stars because they were running late, didn't get started until 20 minutes after my appointment time and was the same for 3 other customers.

Pretty slap-dash gel manicure - nails weren't filed straight/evenly and cuticles weren't pushed back even though I asked them to. Won't be back!

The pedicure was very nice and I was really pleased with the result. I was let down by the staff - I had a 10am appointment but was told the pedicurist hadn't arrived and was made to wait outside for ten minutes with no apology. A few more smiles and polite conversation would have made all the difference to my experience.
