Fast and diligent service at the busiest of times -Friday at lunchtime. I had booked a gel manicure but changed my mind when i saw the state of my nails after the soak off. They were very accomodating in changinf the treatment.

Not clean. Amenities used-clippers, foot scrub, nail files were all in sterilized and had been used hundreads of time. So full of bacteria and really unhygienic. I didn't get a gel pedicure they only did polish. Tried to confuse me as to what I'd booked and up sell me literally everything. I'm supprised they didn't try to sell me back my phone! Still have old gel left on my toes from previous pedicure. Really not impressed.

I ended up not going acrylics as my nails were very damaged from a previous salon so just had a removal
