Not at all what it sells itself as. I booked in as a treat for my birthday as I usually go somewhere cheaper. When I arrived I wasn't expected and was rudely asked what I'd booked and how much I'd paid. I was told to sit down and the woman gestured to a whole row of nail bars. One nail person was on his phone, the other eating her lunch on her phone. I had to ask them myself who was doing my nails. The nail person gripped my hand so tightly when doing my nails that I had to ask him to stop (he didn't) and though I paid for a manicure, didn't do cuticles. He didn't speak to me and the other nail people chatted and laughed amongst themselves and ignored me. Very disappointing.

They were on time and the service was good, it would have been nice to have some music or such like on as the staff weren't very chatty! Good service and nice location
