Salon is very basic, but service is good and efficient. manicure takes no longer than 30 mins; perfect for lunch time. Could do with more colour choices in the non-gel formats

Reached Neal's yard and called the nail salon since there is no sign that shows where it is. Called the receptionist and she sounds frustrated about explaining where it is, wasn't friendly at all. During the whole process, the staff did not make friendly conversations.
The process itself was quick, only took 35min for gel manicure. A bit disappointed since the massage was too quick.
Overall, the nail result is decent, although service and experience was not. ยฃ35 for a mediocre gel manicure was not worth it at all.
The only thing that was great is the location.
