I had a really nice experience at first. However, at the last 30 minutes, there were too many customers and the staff couldn't treat me that well. Otherwise, every thing was good.

All members of staff were really polite, a bit more organisation needed because the appointments were overlapping. Generally you can get a decent manicure and has the best value for money in west end, soho, and fitzrovia.

I had a 'Full Set Gel Nails' with extensions - was surprised to hear that this didn't involve gel polish and when I queried it, the staff were quite rude and unwilling to alleviate my confusion. Salon was very busy (overbooked it seemed) and my manicure was pretty rushed and looks as such - the girl after me actually left mid-way through her nail appointment for this very reason.
