I usually love a manicure at Chi's, however on this visit I left disappointed. My manicure was rushed and it was clear the technician was keen to get the last appointment of the day over and done with. Not much care was taken and nail shape is inconsistent.

Paid for Gel nail extensions but it was the acrylic powder used and not gel. Gel is listed on the price list as a separate and more expensive treatment. It was also £5 extra on arrival for French style manicure which should be made clear when booking.
