No proper pedicure bed, feet are basically put in a bowl of warm water and then you have to balance them on the knee of whoever is doing it. Uncomfortable, not relaxing. no drink offered by staff and no conversation made. Not even a smile. Pedicure very basic for the money it’s not worth £28

Great location in Neals Yard. Spacious salon. Nice staff but attention to detail not so strong. Errors made in pedicure and staff needed reminding where up to.

They don’t have normal pedicure seats so the experience was kind of uncomfortable. You had to sit in a chair and then lift your legs up on to the pedicurists laps...slightly uncomfortable especially when wearing a shorter dress as you are trying not to flash everyone!
