I booked a 1.30pm appointment and they had me waiting for half an hour, letting walk ins before me. They didnโt even apologize. I had to leave as i was getting late for work

I had paid for a shellac colour application before arrival on treatwell and when I got there I was asked if I was having shellac to which I said yes. At the end of the appointment I was told I had a manicure and needed to spend 10 pounds more. I should have been told / asked if I wanted a manicure beforehand as I would have said no. Also the colour has started to chip already on a couple of nails, within less than a week.

I booked online for โextension - infill - Gelโ and paid via the app. Half way through my treatment I was told that if I wanted Gel nail-polish it would actually cost an extra ยฃ20. I didnโt have any extra cash with me (cash only inside) so I had to have normal nail polish on top of my Gel Infills which has chipped already (less than 12 hours). Prices online are really unclear and the nail technician was uncompromising about this. I now have gel on my toes and chipped normal polish on my hands. Service was also very slow and the nails were not done particularly well (hence the chipping). Iโd steer clear of this place.
