I come here to get my nails done quite frequently and I normally don't have a problem - however this time when they used the nail drill on my finger it cut my skin resulting in bleeding. They just kept going however and poured antiseptic on my cut. My nails do look great as usual and I am satisfied with the appearance however I do hope they will be more careful with the nail drill.

Slightly intense environment, bit of sensory overload. My gel manicure is nice but slightly streaky. I get the impression that they try to get through as many clients as possible (booked and walk-ins), which probably explains the streakiness. Overall: average

My nails arenโt square. Theyโre different lengths. Not what I asked for. Wouldnโt go back and not worth the ยฃ70 I paid. Iโve already booked to have them sorted somewhere else.
