I asked for emerald chrome and was given a silver glitter finish. I need to get my nails redone ASAP as they look a mess. Unfortunately all the guys here speak very poor English so there was definitely some issues communicating. The moment I arrived I felt uncomfortable, and the people working here arenโt that friendly and donโt seem to know what they are doing or have much professionalism. All very busy watching tv shows on their iPad. The acrylics were alright but they took a lot longer than stated on the website. The colour selection is really limited and there is no ambiance at this salon considering its location, itโs a very messy space, no background music. The finish on my nails is poor. I think the guy panicked a bit when he realised it was wrong but didnโt offer to fix it. All in all useless. Will have to take time off work now to get this fixed.
