The staff was quite rude and I think the pedicure was okay. It was meant to last 45mins at least and the guy who did it for me seemed to be in a rush

I have been here several times and this time was fine but despite me paying £60 for a luxury mai/pedi, I was told that if I wanted a razor used on my hard skin on my feet I would have to pay an extra £5. This seemed excessive and unfair given how much I was already paying!
