Salon was cold, people cleaning around me, had to wait a while for appointment with no explanation then once I was seen to the technician was doing my nails as well as the woman next to me while her technician arrived. This said, really really good quality manicure - has lasted two weeks now with no chips!

The actual result of the nail treatment was very good - I only have one or two chips a week after the treatment. However, the experience of the treatment was a little rough. Ken did my nails and would poke my fingers instead of asking me to move them, he filed my nails so roughly that he cut the skin on the side of my nails causing me to bleed a little and barely even spoke three words to me. Iโve been having my nails done for years and have never had such an experience before. The nails were very good but I left feeling a little manhandled. Overall a good service regarding the nails but a bad service for customer service and interaction.
