I needed to get some difficult to remove gels off and my regular nail salon didnt have the ability to do so. Chi's was able to remove it without damaging my real nails. Fast and easy. thank you!

I go to this salon a lot and every time I go they arent very good at time keeping and I am often seen late which makes me late back to work.

The service is okay, but is quite over priced comparative to other nails bars in London. The price menu is not totally clear and one staff member was a little rude. Generally a good service, but just be aware of what you are paying, if you would like infills with shellac!

Had shellac manicure. Place is great. great colour selection. Manicure was ok. Staff kept pulling hands into awkward position causing back pain though.
