When I booked on Treatwell on Friday, the luxury pedicure & pedicure with blade were both offered to me at 34 pounds. When I went to the salon, they then told me to get the blade pedicure it would be an extra 5 pound, which I agreed. I was also told that I could only pay with cash, which was not stated on the app, otherwise I would have paid in advance. My pedicure took 2 hours as the pedicurist left to attend to another client when my nails were dying and at one point I had been sitting there for so long I got up to check my feet myself and another person who had just walked into the salon came over to look at my feet, which were slightly smudged. However as the treatment took so long I just wanted to leave. As I went to get cash, they told me the treatment would be 44 pounds which was an additional 10 pounds on top of what I had booked on treatwell. I had to challenge this and the salon were quite rude and did not want to budge and it was quite embarrassing for me having to defend myself and prove my point. All in all it wasnโt a very good customer experience at all and I would not return to the salon.
