Was told to rudely wait by the main lady at the front because I was 5 mins early before they opened. I awkwardly waited outside until 12:00 to which I was again rudely told that I should โbe patientโ because the nail technician wasnโt there yet.
So I waited 10 mins for him to arrive, no apology from anyone. My nail tech left me to do another ladies nails, which he apologised for and I understand that but I was already running late.
Was told gel polish was an extra ยฃ20!! And to trim my cuticles which every single nail place does free of charge was supposedly an extra ยฃ10.
My nails are fine. But I was not happy with the service at all, the only nice woman was the lady with a blonde bob who was clearly embarrassed at the lack of respect from her colleague , take your hard earned money elsewhere
