The place was lovely but they had overbooked their appointments, so I was seen 15 minutes late and it felt very rushed to get to the next person who they’d been running late for. Another girl that booked walked off as they weren’t able to give her a definitive time. My advice; I think if you land in this situation you need to set realistic timeframes with customers and then meet them, not keep telling them 10 more minutes.
