Maybe I’m just not used to this ‘conveyor’ belt approach to nails but I’d hardly describe it as a luxury experience. The ambiance isn’t relaxing - no one talks to clients or each other & the attempt to remove hard skin was half-hearted. To top it all, the lightbulb had gone in the downstairs loo & there was a cockroach scuttling across the floor.

Really enjoyed my visit - my nails needed gels removed and then a new coat put on. The guy was very thorough and I’m really pleased with them :)
