Overall poor experience. Staff rushing, rough with filing machine that it burnt my nails and was sore. Nails completely different colour to what I asked for. Chose dark brown and nails turned out glittery and peach. Complete waste of money. 100% wont be coming back.

Was very rushed, on treatwell it states 40min however i was done after 25min. But was ok and my nails look good. Just wished I wouldnโt have felt so hurried along and that theyโve given me a more welcoming experience.

I was lucky enough to be randomly placed with Chi. She is an absolute perfectionist and my nails look beautiful. She really took her time, checked I was happy at each stage and was brilliant. I think Iโve found my regular nail lady. The ambience is a little quiet due to language barriers but if you want to zone out for half an hour and just enjoy some me time, itโs perfect.

The staff couldnโt find my booking at first, it took a good 10โ to do so.
They cut my nails and barely shaped them with the file so they are all uneven (shape and length). I chose a nude color and asked for a third coat of gel to have a nice plain color, the staff said it was unnecessary. And when I complained because I had fluff on my nails that you could see through the gel, they said it was something in my nails and not with starting again.
Anyway, overall very disappointing as the place is really lovely.
