I booked a 1hr Luxury Refresh Balance Pedicure. I had to wait for 30 minutes for my appointment. Because of the long wait, I was offered the option of having shellac at no extra cost. Little did I know this would also mean that I would not get my 1 hour treatment I had originally booked. Instead, my treatment lasted a whole 24 minutes, consisting of a very quick nail and foot file, a bit of scrub and shellac. This was neither luxurious nor refreshing. While my nails look nice, and I appreciate that I was offered shellac at no extra cost (which is the only reason I am not giving a 1 star rating), I definitely did not end up getting the treatment that I wanted. I also ended up overpaying. I will not be returning.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Will definitely be returning! I usually get my nails done and it costs around ยฃ45, I got the same treatment here and it was even better quality.
