Considering the price I paid, I was disappointed

Chi is excellent and I can only foresee her doing my nails now for the foreseeable future. The only reason this isnโt five stars is the removal of the previous shellac. When I first sat down they were going to remove with an electronic file which I think is too harsh so I asked for a soak off. I soaked my nails for ten minutes and the shellac wasnโt budging so they filed it off, which has left my nails very thin.
