It was a pretty pleasant experience cause we weren't in a rush but I would definitely not book here if you're after speed and efficiency. When it got to the actual manicure, the quality was high and my nails looked great after! They were majorly short staffed and kept going between 3 customers which was annoying. There was also a long wait to get anything started, despite the fact that we had reservations. Could be an off day. I would go back for a chill mani pedi.
