I think they were a bit short staffed today but there were some mix ups with the bookings and staff were quite unfriendly. Disappointed as usually really rate this place.

I booked this appointment on my lunch break, thinking there wouldn't be a long wait like my previous visit (which was after work on a Friday). They left me unattended for 20 minutes with my nails soaking in some solution, and then it was 20 minutes spent on actually removing the extensions. The lady who removed my acrylics left a lot of the acrylic still on my nails. It was a long wait, and a poor quality of service unfortunately.
