Chi is the queen of nails. Having had a couple weeks off, and having nearly destroyed my nails from peeling off old shellac, she has revived me once again and left me with beautiful nails. She is a total perfectionist and I’ll never trust anyone else with my nails.

Had issues in miscommunication around the booking with the staff, handled it pretty poorly. Then told me they refunded me some money, when I asked where they refunded the money as it hadn’t shown in my account - never got a reply. Nails chipped quickly after but couldn’t be bothered to go back. My friends nails who were done at the same time also chipped quickly.
