Very bad on this day. I’ve been coming regularly for a year now and was served by a new staff member. No cuticle work done at all....the hand massage was more like stroking and the whole thing took 10min which is weird considering you pay£20 (now £25 they increased it 3 times in 6months) for a manicure with file/cuticle work/massage and polish. Normally I used to recommend I myself won’t go there again.
