It was an hour delayed as they had some staffing problems which couldn’t be helped but it was the best gel manicure I’ve ever had - I’ll be back thank you!

Really pretty studio at the top of Hair by Fairy. I was seen really quickly and both technicians got on with my nails quietly but efficiently. Very pleased with the outcome and will come again.

The salon was pretty dirty, there was heaps of stuff just lying around and it was very cluttered and untidy. When I came upstairs all the staff were lying or sitting around in chairs watching YouTube videos with the sound up and not doing anything. They continued to do this the entire time. My nail artist left my table and went and watched YouTube videos while my nails soaked. My nails were filed unevenly and when I left there was a lot of bits stuck under my nails that he didnt clean out.
