I was getting gel extensions and shellac. The shallac turned out really nice. Unfortunately, the extensions were really bad. I asked for round nails and the therapist gave me mostly round nails, but four were uneven and flat on one side, I think it was from the angle she was filing them from. I asked if she could redo them, but she instead just put more gel powder on them to shape them, and seemed quite annoyed with me. The rest of the treatment was really awkward and I was really upset at the end that they're super thick, look really unnatural and I just want to get them taken off as soon as possible. I'm upset that I paid sixty pounds for this. I really wish I could attach a picture.

A very speedy service, and good value for just adding the shellac. This little salon is hidden at the back up the stairs with the toilet downstairs in the storage which is to be expected for Neal’s Yard.
