Popped in for acrylic removal - it was efficient but I was disappointed that I left with damaged natural nails. The electric file was used on my natural nail bed including around my cuticles which made them bleed and my nails have dents in now/are sore. I would still go back to Chi's but would like a bit more care with the removal/filing!

Love my nails! I got a nude ombré mani and they look so chic and understated- the nail techs here are real professionals and definitely know what they’re doing - 10/10 would recommend x
